Skin Peel Treatments

Skin Peel Treatments are professional resurfacing procedures designed to remove dull surface buildup, improve uneven texture, and reveal smoother, brighter, and healthier-looking skin. At Green Leaf Medi Spa, we offer two different approaches: B-Tox Bio Microneedling Peel and professional Chemical Peels.

Each treatment works differently and is selected according to your skin type, sensitivity, concerns, and desired level of exfoliation.

Customized Skin Renewal

How skin peel treatments work

Professional peel treatments support skin renewal by loosening or removing accumulated surface cells. Depending on the treatment selected, the skin is renewed through natural microscopic spicules or a professionally chosen chemical exfoliating solution.

1
Assess & Prepare
Your skin is assessed to determine the most suitable peel based on your skin type, sensitivity, current condition, previous treatments, and desired results.
2
Exfoliate & Renew
The selected bio or chemical peel is carefully performed to remove dull surface buildup, encourage healthy cell turnover, and improve visible skin concerns.
3
Calm & Protect
Soothing and protective products are applied as appropriate. Your aesthetician will explain the expected recovery and provide personalized aftercare instructions.
Natural Spicule Resurfacing

B-Tox Bio Microneedling Peel

B-Tox Bio Microneedling Peel uses microscopic natural spicules to stimulate the skin’s renewal process without a traditional mechanical microneedling device. The treatment supports exfoliation, cell turnover, and improved absorption of professional skincare ingredients.

1
B-Tox Acne Treatment
Simultaneously exfoliates and helps draw out impurities while nourishing the skin. It supports healthy cell turnover, balances excess surface oil, improves congestion, and helps reduce acne-related pigmentation and uneven texture.
2
B-Tox Revitalizing Treatment
Recommended for clients concerned about pigmentation caused by sun exposure, melasma, or post-acne marks. It supports brightening, exfoliation, and overall rejuvenation for softer, more luminous-looking skin.
3
B-Tox Anti-Aging Rejuvenation
Helps resurface and brighten the skin while improving the appearance of uneven tone, enlarged pores, fine lines, and wrinkles. This treatment may not be suitable for sensitive, irritated, or compromised skin.
Professional Chemical Exfoliation

Chemical Peel

A Chemical Peel uses a professionally selected solution to exfoliate the outer layers of the skin. As damaged surface cells loosen and shed, smoother, brighter, and more even-looking skin is gradually revealed.

1
Pigmentation & Uneven Tone
Chemical Peels may help improve the appearance of sun spots, age spots, freckles, melasma, post-acne pigmentation, and areas of uneven skin colour.
2
Acne & Rough Texture
Selected peels may help reduce congestion, improve certain types of acne, smooth rough patches, and soften the appearance of mild superficial acne marks.
3
Fine Lines & Sun Damage
Controlled chemical exfoliation supports smoother-looking skin and may improve visible fine lines, dullness, rough texture, and early signs of sun-related aging.

Prepare & Protect

Before and after your treatment

Proper preparation and gentle aftercare help reduce irritation, support recovery, and protect the skin while it renews.

1
Before Treatment
Avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure. Discontinue retinol, strong acids, scrubs, and exfoliating products approximately five to seven days before treatment unless otherwise directed.
2
After Treatment
Keep the skin clean and hydrated. Use a gentle cleanser, suitable moisturizer, and broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Avoid heat, swimming, intense exercise, and irritating products as directed.
3
Protect Renewing Skin
Do not pick, peel, scrub, or pull at flaking skin. Allow visible shedding to separate naturally and follow the personalized instructions provided by your aesthetician.

Good to Know

Common questions

What is the difference between a Bio Peel and Chemical Peel?

Matrigen Bio Microneedling uses microscopic natural spicules to stimulate skin renewal. A Chemical Peel uses a professionally selected exfoliating solution to loosen and remove damaged surface cells.

Which skin peel should I choose?

The best option depends on your skin type, sensitivity, concern, treatment history, and expected downtime. Your aesthetician will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable treatment.

Will my skin visibly peel?

Not always. Some treatments cause noticeable flaking or shedding, while others exfoliate with less visible peeling. Your response depends on the peel selected and your individual skin.

Are skin peel treatments painful?

Sensations vary. You may experience warmth, tingling, tightness, or a prickling sensation. Stronger treatments may create more noticeable sensitivity during and after the procedure.

How long is the downtime?

Downtime may range from mild dryness and sensitivity to several days of visible peeling. Your aesthetician will explain the expected recovery before performing the selected treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

One treatment may improve brightness and smoothness. Acne, pigmentation, enlarged pores, sun damage, and signs of aging commonly require a series of treatments for more noticeable improvement.

Can I wear makeup after treatment?

It is generally best to avoid makeup immediately after a peel. The recommended waiting period depends on the treatment and your skin response. Follow your aesthetician’s instructions.

Can skin peels treat acne scars?

Peels may improve superficial acne marks, post-acne pigmentation, and uneven texture. Deeper or indented scars may require a different or combined treatment plan.
